Cracking Thai Fundamentals Business Bootcamp:

by Stuart Jay Raj (an Aussie-Thai-Indian polyglot)

Stuart has been offering various courses to businesses in Thailand for fifteen years, to help them work better with culturally mixed teams.  Stu believes that the key to motivating your people is held within their language and culture.  He writes:

“I have met many business people over the years that said that they don’t really have time to learn Thai, but they really want to get a deeper understanding of the culture and things that they ‘should’ know.  What I have done is take some of my best learnings over the past 14 years of working as a business consultant / facilitator and trainer in Thailand and across Asia and put together my Cracking Thai Fundamentals Business Bootcamp.”

The objectives include:

  • Understand what most Thais expect you to know (though in reality most expats don’t)
  • Learn things that most Thais DON’T want you to know
  • Demystify the Thai Language and Culture
  • Examine case studies for ‘best practice’ Team Building in Thai companies
  • Use Thai humour (not Farang) to get results

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL!  The workshop is a high energy, half day interactive session that is intentionally limited in size so that participants receive the full benefit of the program.
